Should be insane burst; however, it is a one hit wonder.

start with from the darkness, followed by death whirlwind; followed with crystaline lotus extract (gives you three souls tokens) end with grave blossom. With luck it should kill anyone not in heavy armor before they can react. But after that you need to run off any hide.

I actually like the idea behind the first one you posted of DWW then GB. Never tried that combo sequence; my only worry would be a tank or healer could last through it. I might be undervaluing GB, as it never impressed me much.

I don't get why you dont do from the darkness, Grim corruption, face stab(before grim corruption is finished), ED, DWW?

Usually thats enough to kill most anyone before they realize they are being attacked. If not, do SDS/dart and like a SS IX or sins of the flesh.

FoB is a waste in pvp, the the point in FoB was a needed to advance down the tree at some point, and was a better option than something else.


I try to save FotD for when my target runs. I normaly start with OS (oppurunitist strike) from hiding. This gives me the sneak attack and a stun. Follow with GC/soul strike, then a SDS/Dart, you should be able to do this before the stun from OS wears off, unless they have a cc break. then pop AoD and DWW, and swift strikes as needed.

OS does damage from hiding the same/relative as stabbing someone?

Why not put it in necrosis? Do you guys use face stab?

GB does poison damage, so for cloth/light armor its ideal since poison damage is mitigated by physical mitigation. Anyone else will be sitting at 25-55% base mitigation + pvp armor.

i have points in necrosis, but i rarely use face stab.

I am not sure the OS from hiding is comparable, and it is kinda slow. I am still deceding if i really like that tatic. its good on someone trying to pick up the flag.

Why wouldn't you use face stab all the time? Its just extra damage, and you can do it in the middle of a combo.

Even without SDS or GC poisons, it still does good, instant, spike damage.

Its like having Hellfire breath on a sin, but choosing not to use it.
