APB update 9.8

They just released a patch which should be clearing up most of the issues we faced during our last playtest. The guns have been totally revamped, along with the tutorial district. Im sure a lot more has been corrected and added as were jumping from version 0.6.5 to version 0.9.8

Its said that more updates will be coming throughout the week so i'll keep you guys posted. Im sure by our next playtest things should start picking up.
