DCUO mentors and armor

1) I think we can agree that this game deserves it's own heading under our games list. I'll do it when I get home if Joe hasn't already done so.

2) below is a link to a post on how mentors affect pvp and pve armor sets, which appears to be a stylistic change and not a stat change. But say u wanted the spider style back piece from the joker pve II set, then joker HAS to be your mentor. I wish I had done Circe for Waco for example, since there's a cool demon set.

Bottom-line, doesn't really matter, but I figured it was a good heads up for rerolls and second characters.

That last one for Wonder Woman is fantastical.

Yeah, it is a little golden girls magnificent. I think the hero ones look like trash overall.

I like Superman's PVE T2 gear, it's nice with the red and silver.

Other than that, I guess I'll be stuck with the Egyptian look with Cookie.

I forgot about the cash store, you know of anything they've put out describing what it will have for sale and/or when it will be released?

I have not heard anything offical. I have heard other players talk about it and that is is purely cosmetic. I would expect things similar to champions online. Gear styles, renaming options, server transfers, maybe different body types/shapes.

To confirm what Joey said... They said in an interview that they would not sell gameplay or balance interfering items. Everything is supposed to be for looks only.
