| Simon aka Kimi asked about starting a "40k" rpg. So i wanted to see what kind of intrest there was in a Death Watch game. Death Watch is a Dark Heresy Expansion which focuses on Space Marines who have been sent to serve the Death Watch. Basically its a Epic version of Dark Heresy. Players would be able to play characters from Dark Heresy, Rouge Trader, or a Death Watch Marine. Dark Heresy characters will start with an extra 9k xp and Rouge trader will recieve an extra 4k xp. You will need a copy of the books which can all be found here under their respective titles. Dark Heresy, Rouge trader, and Death Watch You will also need to download a copy of Game table from herewe need at least three interested people. What is DeathWatch | |

Yeah it was a joke. I'm still interested in giving it a try. I was wondering tho, do you have any idea how characters works with Deathwatch? And by that I mean, do you have classes to chose from, or do you simply select your character's skills and gear and you "create" your own class? Lastly, you should stop fucking Canadians while writing this, it's not good for your health, you could be catching some crazy stuff like the Wobbling Lumber or the Igloo Fever.

| I talked to krig. I think he is interested, but is unable to commit to the same day each week because of his work schedule. Are you wes and simon willing to play on different days each week provided krig can let us know what nights he is going to be aviable each week ahead of time? If so, Krig how far in advance to you get your schedule? so you could let us know when you would be aviable? | |

I don't mind not having a set day for this, but I can't swear I'll be available every day for the game. I normally have stuff planned at the end of the week and more free time in the beginning.

| Week A MT SS 0515 - 1715 Week B WRF 0515 - 1715
I usually clock about sometime between 1730 and 1900 in reality. Go home, eat, then sleep to do it again most days.
Week A Wednesdays until about 1000, but I gotta be firm on that.
Week B - Monday and Saturday evenings are possible. Mondays until about 1000/firm, Saturdays a bit longer.
Work Sucks.
EDIT: Wed and Mondays will be able to stay on later in the near future, until they find another therapist for my oldest son.

| sounds good to me. Simon and Wes are you guys good for Monday and Wednesday nights? Not both nights each week, but Monday one week and Wednesday the next, then back to monday, etc?
Wes are you going to be able to get home at a decent time to start these? Krig needs to finish by 10 est which is a good time for me as well, we would need to start by 7:30-8:00 est.
Or we could possiably look at a every other saturday game. This might be better because it would allow more time per session a 2 hours session is pretty short for a PnP game. The only draw back is every other week games tend to fail pretty quickly because people dont get attached to their characters.

well if we choose saturday it would not be every saturday. It would be every other saturday, which should make it a little easier. But if a player has to miss a session we can either run their character for them/cancel/reschedule. As long as players are courteous enough to give advance notice of an absence we can plan for it. I think saturdays are going to be the only real option unless wes can get home earlier than normal. Right now we are lucky if he shows up by 9 est and that is no where near enough time to do anything.

| No way I can commit to 7c/8e on any night but maybe Tuesday. That will fluctuate still some, but is manageable. I don't do well committing to a specific time on the weekend, especially if it's in the evening; mid morning would actually be preferred for me. You guys come up with what you want and I'll try to fit to it best I can. | |

| mid morning on the weekends does not work for me at all. With Krig's and Wes's work schedules the only fesiable time would be every other saturday. I cant commit to saturday mornings or afternoons, and wes and simon can not commit to saturday nights so i think this one is dead. | |
