they have not updated the site with the torrent file yet.

But they are still working on the account management stuff, they say it well be up soon.

Yeah, I've been trying to set up an account and pre-order for 3 days now. Anyone else think it's dumb the torrent is ready but the players to play aren't?

actually i've got the torrent d/ling right now and honestly it may take till release to finish ... if not longer wewt for 4 kb/s

If you are using Utorrent follow these steps it may help.
options - prefrences -bandwith
in this window set your gobal maxium connections to 10000
and maxium number of connected peers to 1000



also make sure your router and firewall are configured correctly. easist way is just to
click optionx - speed guide - test to see if port is forwared properly.
if it does not pass this test turn of your fire wall and forward the appropriate port in your router settings.
Provided you are using a link sys router i can offer assistance if needed via vent.

They've closed pre-orders until the 25th, and I'm sure they'll only pass out a few hundred more then. Did anyone get a pre-order?

arryndel is the only one i know of that got in. I tried from 3 - sold and never could get my card information to update.

When you register your account, make sure you choose from the drop down list. If you type in your state, it will say FIELD EMPTY when you try to continue.

I finished downloading the torrent, zipped it, and made it available on emule. I'll give anyone who wants a dedicated slot to download it, let me know.

I can run a friend slot at about 20Kbps. No one has tried to get it yet, so I am the only source so far.

It is about 6.5 GB packed, about 8.5 unpacked.

check the darkfall forums and you will see the latest update. This is why i always said aoc had such a smooth release. Appearently even Warhammer Online had these same issues with the european realease.

You sure have your lips around the girth of AOC for someone that doesn't play it.
